The displayed availability refers to the current stock in our central warehouse. If an item is only available a few times, this will be clearly indicated. Reorders are possible for many products, but the delivery time may then differ.
We strive for color-accurate representation; however, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. For materials such as wood or leather, natural color differences from batch to batch are possible and do not constitute a reason for complaint.
Shipping costs depend on the order value and the delivery country. For orders within Austria with a merchandise value of €49 or more, the shipping fee is waived. You can see a detailed breakdown in the shopping cart before completing your order.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You bear the return shipping costs yourself, provided the item is in perfect condition. Excluded are personalized products and hygiene items if the seal has been removed.
Vouchers can be entered in the "Voucher code" field during the ordering process. The amount will be automatically deducted. Cash payment of the remaining balance is not possible; the voucher remains valid until fully used.
Free delivery applies exclusively to standard shipping within Austria and Germany. Bulky items or express deliveries are excluded from this regulation. The exact conditions can be found on the respective product page.
